Map to Nolde State Forest

From North of Reading
take 222 south to Lancaster Ave exit, this is 222 south (exit is in the left lane of bypass)
Travel approximately 1 mile to 625 south
follow 625 south to 724 intersection
continue south on 625 for 2 more miles
turn right into Nolde Forest on Park Office Road
the Painted Turtle Pond access is just inside the park on the left ( dirt lane is marked closed to traffic)
Education Center is further in the Park

From the East
Take 422 West from Pottstown
exit in the left lane to Lancaster Ave, 222 South
Travel approximately 1 mile to 625 south
follow 625 south to 724 intersection
continue south on 625 for 2 more miles
turn right into Nolde Forest on Park Office Road
the Painted Turtle Pond access is just inside the park on the left ( dirt lane is marked closed to traffic)
Education Center is further in the Park

From the South
Take either 176 North or Rt 10 North
from either one, exit onto Rt 724 West toward Shillington
Take 625 South from Rt 724 at the Sunoco Station
continue south on 625 for 2 more miles
turn right into Nolde Forest on Park Office Road
the Painted Turtle Pond access is just inside the park on the left ( dirt lane is marked closed to traffic)

From the West
Take 222 North from Lancaster
In Shillington, bear right onto Rt 724 East
continue to the 625 intersection at the Sunoco Station
Turn Right onto Rt 625 South
continue south on 625 for 2 more miles
turn right into Nolde Forest on Park Office Road
the Painted Turtle Pond access is just inside the park on the left ( dirt lane is marked closed to traffic)
